phoned nosler today told them problem and with out any question or grief they said they will try to send out a box of new one's I can only say one thing outstanding :) . I wsh winchester was this easy to deal with. :twisted:

I have a box of 338 225gr Acoubonbs and the on ehas a missing white plastic tip and the other has finger prints all ove it i did not know if the box was opened before i opened it and i have use lots nosler bullets over the years and have never seen this problem. and $38.00 plus 14%taxes a box...

I would pick 243. I use Rl 22 in mine 45grs behind 95 gr x bullets for deer I also use 45grs behind 95 gr bt for critters and both loads @ 3100 I tried 55gr bt but i have 1-8 twist barrel only could get 1" at 100.Other two loads .5 @100 good luck on new barrel :grin:

I have 243 in model 7 this a custom gun to make along story short 243 with 95gr x bullets over 45 RL22 and broad side shots or proper bullet placement strikes like lighting 4 bucks over 4 years all to one shot range frome 85yrds to 300 yrds . also you can make it a switch barrel to 7m08 ,308...

For the pupose of hunting do you think the animal care's if it heard the shot . By the way why would you want to surpese your gun what is the purpose of the qustion? Hunting ,or for ear protection , in canada silencer are prohibited for any use.

I have used phone books yoou can get them very easly at the en of each year best from big centers . they work great get them wet use some twine and bind them I have used barnes x bullets in 243 also bt and NP all 95 grs and by far barnes bleww noslers away with 11.5 inches and 98% weight...
