Both are similar in quality, if your going to run your loads on the stiff side get the lapua, if you are going to run consetvative loads norma will last as well.

congrats on the terrapin, we have had one for 8 months and can say as far as getting an accurate range on a long distance non reflective target, the terrapin is one of the best out there. 2k is a small price to pay for accurate information.

I have mixed different lots of H4350 on several occasions without issue. Mixing different burn rates of powders however is where i dont venture.
