Well that is lower than I thought. I should be content with a 140 out of 7x57 hitting low to mid 2900s and being below 60 k. Accurate too.
Thank you Dr. Mike.

During Covid when powder became difficult to find, H4350 was the only thing I could find, or so it seemed. I ran out of Rl 26; 22; 19; 17;15, you get the idea. I’ve now got a load worked up in all my rifles from .22-250 to 375HH using H4350. H4350 works well in my 300HH which has the same case...
Not quite apples to apples but my brother has killed a couple of elk with either the 180s or 165 out of his 06 at bow hunting ranges as has my BIL with his 7mm RM./160s. No tracking that I recall, they were pretty much DRT. I do recall one mule deer in a big sage brush choked flat we had trouble...

My experience is you’ll get a little more...
I saw dies available on a couple of the regular reloading sites at regular prices. Brass as well. Just now on gun broker I found brass at a good price for obsolete cartridges and even loaded ammunition from 5 bucks a round to about 2.25 a round. I honestly can’t remember buying factory ammo but...
