I’m trying to upload the target now, clumped into 3 nodes nicely. My first time with the n555 powder so I was shooting at 100yds.

    25 Sherman

Had some more fun with the 25 Sherman last weekend. It’s on fire! I can’t get the photos to load, but it’s extremely tight with n555 and 85gr varmint BT’s. Stopped adding powder at 3950!!

7mm Rem Mag 160 grain Accubond load

Looking for a stable and repeating load is the best goal, whether it’s 2850 or 3100 or anything between. I have to remind myself of this fact! Never had an issue with those bullets, concerning precision or performance on game. Do you have a magazine length restriction on your overall cartridge...

    7 PRC Loads

I’m going to try some 150BD2’s today myself. May start off with H4831 and R23 then go to slower powders. I think .020 off is where I’ll begin, really never messed with monos much. But I’ve got an 8tw so no issue there.

    USPS Tracking Joke

My priority envelope arrived to its destination today. “3 day” turned into 27. Another fine example of a government controlled enterprise. There’s no way it can be worse anywhere besides the Deep South. We have a special kind of employee

    Insulted by Mule Deer?

You had quite an experience. That’s awfully close to our Maker being in beautiful scenery surrounded with some of his creatures, at peace. It’s beats last minute farming before winter hits in Mississippi, that I’m sure of!

It’s a fine unit. Get a good case that holds a charger and it’s still mighty compact.

    140 7mm BT

Their will to live can be impressive. Got a good friend with a famous tracking dog, he makes quite a side job out of finding deer. Like stated above, put it in the right place.

    140 7mm BT

I’ve enjoyed a lot of years with a 7RM and 140 BT. They will definitely be more predictable and expansion more “controlled” at 7/08 velo. Can’t imagine them being anything but fantastic.

Leupold let me down today ? But not Today 2

Leupold. They should come with a postage paid return label. And it’s been going on for a several decades. Around 1990 I can recall dad returning VX3’s and no questions asked, getting new scopes from the factory. It was surprising to me, the first time I adjusted a scope and didn’t have tap on...
