A pen sized “ pocket drill” is good for Berger Hybrid Target tips.

This got me curious, so I looked at some reamer prints.
In the case of 25 caliber the neck length is .227 Gibbs and .293 Sherman.
The Sherman has less case taper and a 40deg shoulder vs the Gibbs at 35 deg.
Now, what this translates into as far as accuracy and performance differences, case life...
