    25 Sherman

I’m not sure about differences between it and the Gibbs. Rich normally preserves neck length more so than the Gibbs cases I’ve seen in the past, though.

    25 Sherman

It’s been a lot of fun so far. The Peterson brass has proven to be tough and consistent for me. I need to throat it just a tad longer for the 115BT, but it’s perfect for the 100gr. Maybe one day I’ll have a 120-125 gr nosler with a poly tip to try!

    Revamped 250 Yard Range

I’m lucky to have access, very much so. The 50-500yd range I use at a friends has the loading room about 15 yds from the bench. And his 600-1 mile plates are less than 5 mts drive away. with a good bridge it would be 1/2 mile to the longer ones.

    25 Sherman

I wanted to show off a little on this rifle, its my fun speedster. normally use 110-115 gr bullets, but I wanted to play a little with some 100gr BT’s. never found pressure, but its got to be getting close. Maybe another 50-75 fps. If we get a good conditions day I’m going to stretch it out a...

    300 RUM 220 Scenars N570

It’s an ideal hunting and long range design, theoretically. Unlike Berger and Hornady it has a hard tail section for penetration, it appears. Now I need to make them shoot!

    300 RUM 220 Scenars N570

Does a slower than optimum twist explain the flyers many people get with ABLR? seems it could if it’s on the edge already I guess.? I’ve tried the 142gr around 3000mv with a 7.5 tw. No bueno. This was at 300yds. SG shows 1.74 I just did a calculation

I’d think the annealing evidence was likely polished off before packaging? But my assumptions have gotten me in trouble before. Don’t have direct experience with that company. And when done correctly it sure doesn’t hurt to repeat, if it’s the 2nd time.
