I have a New Haven featherweight 280. This gun was sold previously but I then bought it back, having done so put me in a bind. It does have some rough tooling on the bolt like I’ve seen on several model 70s. The bolt slides pretty smooth, not tikka smooth but not many do.

R26 is what I use in the 280ai, I’m shooting a160 accubond. It’s fast, flat and accurate. I have a 25” 1:8 twist and I’m averaging 3065. It lays the smack down.
I have beautiful little Franchi affinity 3, 20 gauge, 26” barrel. It’s the walnut version. Comes with the factory chokes, and a Carlsons extended waterfowl set, CR, MR and LR tubes. It’s all but new, 3 bullets fired through one choke. Also a composite forearm. This gun is in great condition...
