Check weights are the way to go..I have a 20 gram weight =308.6 grains...50 grams = 771.6 grains. I load nothing that would facilitate my need for anything larger than 50 grams. All thats needed is to weigh those weights and calibrate if needed!!!
I had a Weatherby Vangard, 24 in barrel, that had an affinity for 150 gr BT's and RL-22 powder. It would shoot 3/4 inch, sometimes better, depending on operator that particular day. Not sure why I ever sold it!!

I've had my 280 the better part of 20 yrs. It will shoot just about any bullet/powder combo but it really has an infinity for the 150 gr Nosler and the 154 gr SST's. My 280 has caused the demise of roughly 80 to 90 SC whitetails over those yrs. Most of those with 150 gr Nosler bullets.
