    I call them "stink pigs." Would not say the one I killed smelled bad,but it had an odor,just not a "stinky" odor. If that makes sense.

    Yup. Funny part is,that load is only going along at 2700 fps,not exactly a barn burning velocity,but it worked! I wonder if a 150 grain NP would be better? :lol:

    Never ate javelina and most likely never will. New Mexico does not require us to bring javelina meat home. The skull is at the taxidermist,the only part I want.

    I have a bunch of Hornady 139 grain and Winchester 150 grain bullets. She can learn to load her own modest loads (with help from me) that'll work for deer from the two bullets choices above.
