Theres a hoarder at our local range who just payed $1750 for 5,000 winchester small rifle primers. They were in stock at midway the next day for a short while at $170

That's only $1.38(in powder) per round of prc [emoji1787]
I used 869 in my 6.5-300 and it worked just fine although its probably the dirtiest hodgdon powder. Great overbore velocity. 8133 lost velocity but better sd/es

Absolutely swap it out. Many of the leupy gripes are about dialing and rtz. The vx3i is a fabulous optic although probably wont dial as reliably as a nightforce [emoji42]
Plus as already stayed you'll have a dependable backup should the need arise.

The press release mentions that they are adding a balistics lab( ramshot) and will be able to provide more data in the reloading data center.

Used it in 223 with 69/77 matchkings and it worked great up to about 85* then started temp spikes
Replaced with varget for temp stability and happy

That's crazy
I scooped them up as soon as the email notification hit
Looks like powder valley also had a small shipment of cci that sold out

Purpose built for the small 6 lug action
Easily rechamber any standard action
No more belt for belt haters
Also- street price on wby rifles is never near weatherby msrp. No need to buy a titanium mark v
The weather mark lt weighs 5# 9oz. That's plenty light
Give it a year and it will land...
My first was a 1:7.7 from pacnor 26" that chucked 75/80 bergers at 3450. Current is a 1:7 carbon six, also 26" that shows to really like 88gr eld-m and 77 lrx. Just starting development with the lrx and its very promising.
88 eld-m, h4831sc~ 3300
77 lrx, h4831sc ~ 3450

Cool, I think I'm on my last fast twist 22-250ai. Once this one burns up switch up to the 22 creed. No more fireforming
