    .257 Accubonds

Phil, Just got back from a month in Australia and am trying to figure out this new East Coast time zone thing. Thought I'd poke around and see what I've missed here on the forum and was ecstatic to find this post! I really appreciate the heads up and I know all the other .25 cal aficionados do...

    Who says partitions aren’t accurate?

Don, That Ruger is amazing! Between the rifle, cartridge, and bullet I don’t think you could get anymore classic than that! It sure looks like your hard work paid off in spades when a gun groups like that one. V/R, Joe

Didn’t Need them But Couldn’t Resist The SPS Price

I’m glad you scooped up some of those. My eyes almost fell out of their sockets when I saw the price so I begged mama to let me get some. My 270 loves them, but the elk sure don’t! V/R, Joe

    Nosler .25 cal 110 Accubonds

Thank you guys! I know JD has the inside scoop with the Nosler folks so I’m hoping that our demand signal will register with them. Mama’s little Kimber in .257 Roberts was the hot ticket going 4 out of 4 for antelope and mule deer so I would love to keep that little luck streak alive. It’s a...

    270 Win

I struggled with the 4831s in my daughter’s 270 with 130 and 140 grain ABs then tried 7828 without any luck either. I was really scratching my head, as these had always delivered the goods in our other 270 rifles. Someone mentioned trying RL22 so I gave it a try and it shot lights out! V /R, Joe

    R26 Substitute powder!!

Not to speak for him, but JD338 has an incredible load running the 160 AB on top of RL22. It’s still an Alliant powder, but I’ve seen it around more than I have the mythical RL26. I had some promising work with 7828 before I got ahold of RL26 back in 2013. I tell you, after seeing JD’s success...
