I d second your 3200 fps estimate. My 24” Vanguard perked up with R22 or slower. R26 will get 3300 fps+ with 100 gr TGC … the 240 is significantly overbore and likes the slow burners.

Whichever powders you decide to try, make sure you ve got lots of them …. I m guessing 55-60 cartridges per lb of powder !! 💥😳😂

87-89 grs of US869 typically good. Work up to it. I’m using 89 grs with 147 Eldm and Weatherby brass. 3350 fps

56.5 to 57.5 in 06 with 165 gr bullet is a very well known and typically accurate load. Get in that range of charge if no pressure and try different seating depths. You ll find a winner if rifle is capable.
