    I’m going to try some 150BD2’s today myself. May start off with H4831 and R23 then go to slower powders. I think .020 off is where I’ll begin, really never messed with monos much. But I’ve got an 8tw so no issue there.

    Their will to live can be impressive. Got a good friend with a famous tracking dog, he makes quite a side job out of finding deer. Like stated above, put it in the right place.

    I’ve enjoyed a lot of years with a 7RM and 140 BT. They will definitely be more predictable and expansion more “controlled” at 7/08 velo. Can’t imagine them being anything but fantastic.

    Drop a few grains, and start back up to your desired velocity. There may be lot to lot variation, usually is minimal but you won’t know until you try.

    A pen sized “ pocket drill” is good for Berger Hybrid Target tips. Size 73 bit I think. Bought one cheap at tractor supply in the welding/cutting torch area, made by Hobart. It comes with about 10 bits.

    1-Manners EH1 with adj comb 2-Defiance Anti XM length, and rail 3-TT diamond 4-Ended up using a Krieger #5 7.5tw instead of the Benchmark CFW in the photo. Paint by Pucker Factor Precision. 5-MDT? Bottom metal with a 3 or 4 shot cutdown mag by Kinport Peak.

    Somewhere between 25SS and 7 Mega. Picked up the 7 a few weeks ago, the 25 should be ready any day now.
