Is it possible to get enough 7828 in a 270w to give 150lrab speed? Tryed some MRP2, just do not have enough case volume. I use 58 grains MRP with 150grains LRAB, next load i trye 58.5

Always get god velocety with Norma MRP and w N-560 in 270w regardless of barrel length. Lapua brasses has allways given a litle more speed (compared with norma, federal and winchester) and pressure.

For smaller game we use Dachs. They are useful for fox, red stag, rabit, roe deer(capreolus capreolus). We let them loose and they push the game in front of them by barking. For that kind of game a 3006spr with barns tsx168 is a little bit overkill. 3 out of 12 roedeer 2013 hunting season...

I have an old lot of Raufoss NCRA15. Norma brass. 59.5 grains NCRA15 Remington sendero 27" lilja barrel. This load gave the best group, it tightend upp. Best 3 shot group with 61.5 grains (3297f/s) but that load had dangerous high pressure sign.
