the photo looks like it could be the case, (no pun intended) but no leakage. case is still airtight. Just FYI.

I have a .300 Win Mag in an Sig Cross....and a stainless Classic Model 70. I wouldn't have bought the Cross in .300 Win had I been able to buy one in an '06 or .280. But you cannot. The '06 is my go to, and in my light rifles like a K95, I don't enjoy the .300 WM to be sure. I love single...

i am a 24" kind of guy :) Thanks so much.....I have .300 WM's , and they are great, but prefer my '06's and .300 H&H's... I am going to try Ramshot Hunter as it is highly recommended for this....

I prefer Black Powder in my traditional rifles...this is only used in an inline that is designed for this type of propellant....so i do use 209 sparingly. I agree I prefer the soapy water part of cleaning black powder or pyrodex.....My bores for those rifles are seasoned as is a cast iron...

I honestly love black in my 1860's Whitworth sporting rifles, but in my Uintah Precision .45 upper this is THE way to go. It is just not hydroscopic like black...
