I ended up changing the stock and then selling the rifle after a bit because powders weren’t opening up at that time. It’s one of those that I regret selling. On the bright side, the gent who I sold it to emailed me the other day saying how much he loves it. Always good to hear

I've always had a love/hate relationship with the SuperCell that Remington has used. I had one on a custom shop 7-08 (pictured below). While it was super squishy, it looks hideous because they're so large.

I asked em probably a month or two ago and I heard the BDL and SPS would most likely be the first ones if they did.

Whenever they release the 700LH BDL later this year (maybe) I'd like to grab one. They seem to be a well built rifle. IIRC, @Joec7651 has a new CDL and likes it.

Bunch of young'ns (myself included) will use cartridge and caliber interchangeably, even if knowing it's wrong.

It seems to me like it would benefit from real slow powders like RL26, RL33, US 869 and the likes.

Looks like you got yourself a shooter. What do you think is causing the walking, or is that not of concern?

Something I'm noticing with the 264 win mag load data I look at is that case fill is on the low end most of the time. Why is that?

This^ isn't horrible advice either. Before I bedded my Tikka it shot pretty well. The bedding definitely helped with the occasional flyer, though.

I eventually want to grab one of those Russian military 7.62x54R ones. That'd be a good find.

Those recesses are there because the action screws come through a proud part of the action. When I had a tikka I bedded the lug area and the tang and that was that. Was just as accurate as if I'd bedded the entire action. I also emphasize that you should pillar bed the action as well. Can't hurt.

What model is your rifle?

The 7 WSM definitely should be more popular than it is. No reason why it didn't take a hold when the 270 and 300 did. Nice buy.
