You probably are already familiar with both and if so, sorry for all the unneccesary detail haha.
All of these are pretty effective, I like the Gen 3 and 4 because you can remove the allen's and help with muzzle lift.

Fantastic rifle!
I'm assuming the barrel is threaded 5/8x24. if so, in my opinion of trying out many different breaks.. the fat bastard is hands down the best option out there.
I would certainly do your research and get what makes you feel the most confident, but from tunability and...
I was wasting time yesterday at my LFS. One of the guys in there showed me a new Savage 110 Ultralight and said he thought I would like it. I have not been much of a Savage fan the last few years mostly due to other people's guns that I have toyed with. I do not like the Accutrigger at all...
My nemesis, the 25-06 Vanguard haha
I'm going to load some rounds with Grand once we get at least back into double digits and stay there for a day or two. My game plan is load it in the 20's and dial it in.. make a handful of that dialed in load then shoot that round in various different temps...
Thank you for the detail and sharing your load results. That's a group that I would be happy with any day of the week!
I actually bought Grand on Thursday.. but for all the wrong reasons (broke a rule of mine in that I wouldn't use spherical powder anymore too haha). I know it has a big...
I pulled all the different load references online for and in my physical manuals as well. I referenced Speer, Berger, Nosler, and Hodgdons data for 130's. I looked at similarity's and ruled out any oddities from each manual. All of that is great data. I was hoping to compare it to real world...
Hello, I don't want to be a burden to anyone with QL access but when you have time can I get some help obtaining some QL data for my Mag?

I appreciate this detail. This is what i was hoping for when i made the post and a few have provided that. I used this data as a reference for starting out on these. I know it's a long shot in the dark, but I'm hoping for acceptable results.
This is essentially what I did on the test loads and what I am hoping for. I leave for TX on 2/8. I have three batches of test rounds and each batch has 3 rounds in it. I went moderate on all three and cam .01 less than max on the book spec. We shall see what results this yields and make...
I run Peterson in most all of my rifles at this point. I have slowly been switching over. all of my 7 mags are now Peterson brass. Wish I would have grabbed the long before getting this far in it. If what they say is true about the long version, those benefits are appealing to me for sure...
I lived in the Pittsburgh area back in those days. I did a lot of PPC shoots with 1911's before we decided to make our own basketball team with kids. The only indoor ranges was Trafford Sportsman in Monroeville. I've never done any centerfire pistol shootings.
I got big game for Maddie’s 7-08 and found it to be temp sensitive, but not to the extremes I’ve heard about some of these spherical powders, magnum and grand being two big ones.
I've heard (never tested this) it's very temperamental to ambient temp swings. You essentially have to load it in the same conditions you plan to shoot. Is it really that bad though?
This one is great, the one I prefer is the SuperTrickler. You don't need a tablet or phone to use it as it's all in one and loading/unloading powder from the hopper is 10 times easier. They are both awesome options. You can get the Supertrickler with an FX or FD scale as well.
It's worth...
