Cooper Rifles I just wish I was not such a tight A** and bought a Jackson Squirrel Rifle in .22LR years ago as today they are crazy expensive. I have always admired Cooper Rifles as I like Blue Steel and Nice Wood in a rifle.

I have said it before I truly feel my generation will likely be the last generation to enjoy hunting as it is getting to Stupid Pricing for Tags to Game Departments not Managing the resources correctly. I do not see a future for hunting IMHO.

My advice you get what you pay for and for $500 I would look for a 870 Remington. If you are sold on O/U save your money then look at GunBroker.com and search Ducks Unlimited or Pheasant Forever and you will find New Old Stock Guns at a Great Price. People win guns and have nothing in them...
