How it currently sits with the 5" barrel and slide. Well actually back in pieces now. All that is left to install is the plunger tube, waiting on the staking tool.

Update, didn't like how the slide/barrel fit the frame i think the lower lugs were over cut so have a 5" on the way, if its the same i will then i will decide if I want to file the frame.
Other than that i have fit the trigger and grip safety

Well I've kicked this around for a bit, years ago i figured it wasn't worth it, probably still isn't. But with a email from Brownelles, a promo code, and an ok from the wife, i have a 1911 frame on its way to my FFL. We'll see how this first one goes but...
