    Trophy bonded tips

I went out and tested 64.3, two three shot groups at 100 yards netted about 1.25", sp I think with the bullet seated in a little further I can tighten it up. Going to swy away .075" and .100", do a three shot group and see what happens next. Hard to find the time right now. I'll get the info...

    I’m going to try unleaded

If you have a well, have the water tested and you will see that there are trace amounts of lead in the water. That's something you use everyday. That being said, I completely understand how you feel, and if you think the concern will take away from your hunting experience then do the change and...

    Trophy bonded tips

I think I'm going to use some H1000 and see how it works with my gun and bullets to see if it's just a faster set up or I'm flirting with pressures. See how close I can come to Federal's data. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

    Trophy bonded tips

    Has anyone loaded these yet? I just did a quick work up to try and get some data before I start accuracy testing. I started with 64.0 gr RL23 and went up to 65.2 and stopping, all in .2gr increments. Data is as follows: 64.0 - 3110 64.2 - 3099 64.4 - 3100 64.6 - 3123 64.8 - 3116 65.0 - 3121...

Who has 33 Nosler test results?

Haha well do a Google search for the 338 Sherman then, tell me what you think then. I think whatever you go with you'll like it. Keep us posted which route you go! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Fireforming and the cost of 338 bullets. About it. I haven't found brass grows much. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Who has 33 Nosler test results?

I use both the 338 Federal and 338-06 and love them both. I prefer speed with premium bullets, using a 180gr Accubond in the Federal and currently testing the 200gr NBT in the 06. I have loads with the 225 Accubond in the 338-06 but after weighing a jacket I found from the 200 BTs I like...

Who has 33 Nosler test results?

Tagging in, I really am interested in the 33. Please keep us updated! I have hundreds of 225 AB's that would shine in this case. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

    Reloder 23 280 Rem

I found my 7mm RM liked the Scirocco .100" from the lands. Tightened up under .5 moa with H4831. I'm a fan of RL23, going to work up the new Trophy Bonded Tip with it. Very low ES in my testing. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

    257 Bee---Loads

I don't have the velocity but in my Vanguard Sub-MOA I shoot 71.5 gr Retumbo with the 120gr Speer. It shoots very well, I'll chrono it after some of this snow melts. Dunno why I don't have that data. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

    Redding powder measure

Hey there, So many years ago, I purchased a reloading lot of items on eBay and it came with a Redding powder measure. I got the entire lot for less then a new powder measure and used it to drop what seemed like a ton of powder. Fast forward many years, it wasn't even mounted on my bench...

    It's getting a little ridiculous.

I might have dies without stems if you need any. If I recall correctly they are RCBS. Not sure what all is missing, bought them years ago for next to nothing, but I do know exactly where they are. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

    200gr Nosler Ballistic Tip

They will, since the lead isn't bonded to the jacket. Just assuming they use the same jacket, just don't spend the time/money to bond the jacket to the core. All assumptions, so they very well could use a totally different jacket, I just wouldn't bet on that being the case. Sent from my XT1650...

    200gr Nosler Ballistic Tip

I got the NBTs from SPS, they just seem to be ones they hadn't been sent for Lubalox yet. I have a supply of 180, 200 and 225 Accubonds also, but I wanted something that will shed some weight for deer. If I ever get out west to hunt elk I will probably go Accubond over NBT but you never know...

    200gr Nosler Ballistic Tip

I was definitely surprised by the 50% weight in the jacket. Add in that these are essentially one holers and I should be good to take down anything in front of me. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
