Since the experience of many here will forever far exceed my experience in reloading. I've been wondering if any of you would happen to know what "dimensional" differences there are between the following shell holders?
RCBS #4 and #43, along with Hornady #5 and #35.
If you're looking for 150gr, I ran a quick search for "Hornady 3035" and the first three websites that populated the search results all show those in stock.
MidSouth, SSM-Ammo, Grafs, ever regional retailers such as Scheel's have them in stock.
The Nebraska Better Business Bureau has their hands full with complaints of a company by the name of Lock, Stock, and Barrel that sells firearms out of Valentine, NE. Their site looks quite similar.
Though I can add that the real "Lock, Stock, and Barrel" that was in that town, closed their...

It's quite hysterical that nothing was mentioned about Trump, then they came along. That just strengthens what I've always said, "When he's not on their mind, he's in their..."

1) Divide the nation philosophically.
2) Foment racial strife.
3) Cause distrust of police authority.
4) Swarm the nation's borders indiscriminately and unconstitutionally.
5) Engender the military strength to...
Can't go wrong with that combination over some RL15 and Fed 210 primers...that's if you can find it. I wasn't even trying and was able to produce the four-shot group that I have in my avatar from a Savage 110 Storm.
And everyone in my family looked at me as if I was destined for the psych ward because I was hoard buying reloading supplies while everyone else was after loaded ammunition. I just regret not getting a couple more boxes of 215 primers.
That’s why I went with a bench mounted priming tool by RCBS.
After seating ten primers my wrist would burn, that hand would get weak, and my fingers would start feeling numb.
Got two different brands of brass for my 270 Win. Brand X is supposed to be ready to reload right out of the box. While brand Y is known to need prep work done.
Neither brand I have no issues chambering in my rifle. Though when I lock the bolt, is where the difference is noticed. Brand Y, I...
Interested in what quick load shows for the 6.5 Creedmoor using Hornady 129gr SST, Superformance, Fed 210M and if relevant a seating depth of 2.67” and a 22” barrel.
Had three bags of Winchester 308 brass given to me.
As I started to inspect them, I noticed that the mouths are crooked. If I try to trim them so they are square, that would make them shorter than the trim length.
As long as I seat the bullets to the listed OAL, is there anything I would...
I was milling around a local gun shop over the weekend. When I noticed a used Cooper Firearms rifle, chambered in .280 AI, that had one mounted. I have never been into wildcat cartridges. Even though it is very nice, I have no interest in the rifle.
I've been looking into a VX-6 for some time...
During the November season, it's usually warm enough then that either a vest or pull over is more than enough.
Though during late season, I usually wear something such as Bass Pro's Mountain Stalker Elite Four-Way.
The way I was always taught and have read when it comes to measuring LOP. You...
