Frankly at 165yds the bullet tip won't make any difference & for this kind of range I'd probably use the Partition. However, it doesn't make much difference as both bullets are very similar (Expanding) on impact.

You should try a much bigger jump to the lans. I reckon .040" touching the lans is not the best idea with Nosler bullets 100gn Partition bullets should shoot perfectly with a bigger jump. I shoot 110gn AB's with a .050" jump - accurate as hell! I found most Nosler bullets like a big jump...

I use Vihtavuori N550 for 6.5x55 & N560 in .25-06 excellent propellants that I moved to after the EU REACH system banned USA powders I was using - IMR4350/4831 so those propellants were no longer stocked in gun stores in the UK. VV N160 was a great propellant to use for .243

As it is, the numbers matter less than the accuracy so I'd say your load is pretty/very good (y)
