The .45 Super is certainly capable. The 255 grain hard cast loads penetrate nearly as deep as the hot 10mm and leave a bigger hole while doing it.

LW slide with a Storm Lake G24 barrel fit to the slide. Timney trigger. Dawson sights but I just switched them out for TAG Precision sights.

I am a Partition lover. 125 gains from your list. My 260 handgun has a 1:8 twist barrel. I shoot 140 grain Partitions in it and it is a deer killing machine. I hasn't shot a group over .5" at 100 yards with the 140 over H4831SC.
