Possibly. Runs patches till no more black( carbon-powder reside) shows up, comes out clean. Brush a few strokes with a copper remover, let soak for about 20 minutes. Push a clean patch through the bore and if blue is on the patch repeat until there isn't any. Pretty much it.

You just need the patch to be sung not straining to push through the bore. Try using a 284 diameter jag or thinner patch on your 308 jag. Nylon brush passed thru few times. What cleaner are you using. I like BoreTec and WipeOut.

Bummer on the groups gone sour. You've already checked off the common things to look for. Some things I'll add. How many rounds down the barrel? Did it foul much from bullet? If so make sure it's really clean. I've found that 45-46 grs of Varget with 150gr bullets gives good accuracy in my 308...

Nice groups. Hard not to like a 6Br as they are easy to get to group.

Very nice-looking camp. I was in a camp for a few years. Not as nice as yours but was plenty comfortable. Tent camping with a good setup and good guys can be enjoyable as well. Did that and it was good times.

Lots of good information shared with you. As is, any of those five shots will fit into that orange dot so that is good to know from first to last shot. Just adjust to point of aim. I'm just curious but looking at the load data on the target it shows 43grs Varget. Did you try any other powder...

Hey Preacher, I'm on my third 7mm08 and Stabal 6.5 has given good groups in two of them and Big Game grouped well in all of them. Hard to find right now but worth trying when you do. Dan.
