Thanks but what is the different between the 1st and 2nds and also does anybody know when nosler is going to make some more

Does anybody know where I can find some of these every where I have looked on the net says they are out of stock with no backorders one guy said nosler hasnt made any since september I dont know what the holdup is but I either need to find some or go to another brand. Thanks in advance
