    Riton 7 Conquer 3-18x50

It was nice reading about your experience with the Riton Optics Conquer 7 riflescope. I am often surprised how many folks dis it without ever having looked through one. I do not recall my power ring being overly tight, so it must have been okay. My 7 Conquer is the 3-24X50, SFP, MOA...

    Scope my .25-06

+2 for the Meopta. The Optiak5 and MeoPro are really only different cosmetically and both excellent scopes, I have both. For your 25-06, I would consider the Optika5 4-20 ZPlus Reticle. If you want a 30mm tube, the Optika6 will not disappoint. A 3-18x50 or 4.5-27x50. You can choose between FFP...

    Scope my .25-06

+1 on the Meopta scope. It is a great option and won't leave you wanting more. I know you already have 1 ich rings but I think the Optika6 3-18x50 FFP would be right up your ally and let you wring all the accuracy possible out of that 25-06. I love mine on a .204 Ruger!

    A different deer-season opener

Awesome set up you have. As a fellow left-hander, I appreciate good wrong handed rifles. Excellent optic selection as well. That MeoPro scope has tremendous low light capabilities especially with the 56 mm objective that you have. What can't be brought down with a 30-06 too? Nice post.

    Something's weird here

I like Don's suggestion of pressure point's. Placing stock on rest and not barrel. Check to make sure all rings are tight as well as base. The consistant 2 shot group's is what is perplexing. A scope issue would cause each shot to be off. Rest assured, the Nikon scope is covered by a lifetime...
