I can say Vortex customer service is top notch. Sent them a email this morning and they emailed me back. Sent me a repair request and shipping label to send it back.

Shot mine last night. Had all kinds of problem. I had just got the gun back from having the mag lengthened. Loaded 3 round couldn't close the bolt. Fiddled with it and couldn't get it closed. Unloaded it and it wouldn't close. Went to put it in the case and tried again and it closed. WTH...

4350 powders seem to be the right powder for the 30-06. I have a old Mauser that shoost lights out with AA4350 and a 180gn sierra.

I'll be testing my swede this week with 6.5 staball. It only has 25 rounds down the tube. Accuracy beats velocity every time.
