Mighty Armory decapping dies work well for me, use for decapping lots and lots of crimped primer brass. 308 and 223 brass, once fred free at my range for picking upmoff the ground if you show up the day after government lads use the range for training.Have not broke one yet.

52 years ago, Ruger carbine 44mag, mule deer doe , deer moving through snowy timber ,40yds with iron sights. First shot at big game by a young city boy in the the British Columbia woods. Wish I still had that rifle (and my hair ;)).

And accuracy?? For example I have found that N140 gives me great accuracy but not speed in 308. In my humble experience I have never got my best accuracy with the RL famly when I have tried them.. Anyhoot, having not been able to find any Reloder powders for several years has a knocked them out...

H1000 and H4350. RL powders are unobtainable for the most part in Canada. am shooting a Sako 75, 24" barrel and a Remington AWR, also 24" barrel. That extra 2" of barrel may explain, at least in part the velocity difference. Thanks for the information. Good hunting to you!

What powder did you use to get 3,125fps with a 180gr Accubond in a 300WinMag?? Or is the factor your barrel/chamber set up? 2950 to 3015 is the best I can ewver do with any 180gr bullet (I use R-P, Winchester and lately Lapua brass. Thanks!

There was a stretch of Winchester LR primers prone to piercing , suggest they be avoided. With regard to your issue I have adopted a policy of using factory ammo only in certain rifles Not that factory ammo cannot be defective on occasions, but if that happens I won't be kicking my own ass...

I agree. I have VX3-2.5-8x36mm on two of mine, on low Sako mounts. Lever perfection.
