i finally got a new barrel ( used but in good shape ) for my Encore ,, i took it out and got it sighted in with factory ammo,, now im gonna load for this one as well,, im looking for load suggestions with this caliber,, the powders that i have on hand are as follows...

ive finally got a rifle barrel for my encore ( 7mm-08 rem ) :wink: to replace the 50cal MZ ,, what i need to know is what do i need to order to fit the rifle barrel as far as forend,, i know i need a different forend but do i also need the standoffs and screws or just a new forend,,, ive also...

its almost time for us NM hunters to put in for our hunts and i was courrious as to how many out there are putting in for muzzel loader this year 8) since NM went to the draw we have had better luck getting drawn for ML than rifle so i think we will be putting in for ML deer and elk,,

last deer season while using the muzzle loader ( 50 cal TC ) i shot at a nice buck at around 85ta90yrds up hill and missed :oops: i just couldnt belive it,,, :shock: i bet i searcherd the area for an hour and a half looking for blood cause there was no way i missed that deer,,,,, :cry: i did...

so i loaded some 9mm win brass and trimmed them to speers manuel .744min,,, after shooting these they have shrunk down to .738 im thinking that they are to short now to be safe,, is this true???? i know alot of you do not trim your 9mm brass but my way of looking at is if everything is the same...

ive found that the federal fusion factory ammo in 140gr shoots very well in my m-70 when loading my own with rl-19 its showing promise but not quite there yet,, would maching the oal of the factory rounds be a good idea ???? i cant see it hurting anything,, factory ammo is grouping at about .5...

when i cycle my 9mm loads thru my hand gun im ending up with small scratches on the brass ,, as far as i know ive loaded everything correctly but i keep haveing the scratches,, factory ammo does not do this,, could it be a taper crimp problem ??????
