Working perfect there now. Just a bit of turning on the die and it fit great. I just kept going a 1/4 turn at a time until i produced a round that would lock-up smoothly. Id say that i ended up going about a turn and a half more than what lee's specs were; going a 1/4 of a turn after the die...
yep the cases are trimmed to the right length and i use the lee pilot trimmer tool as well. Thanks a lot for the help. I try some tweaking and let you know how it goes.

Hey guys. I loaded a few round for my .22-250 the other day and i noticed that i have a hard time getting the bolt on my rifle to close when cambering a round. I measured the rim of a few shells to be slightly larger than that of factory ammo. .004" larger in diameter. Could this be the problem...
Yes i could feel the expander ball dragging on the inside of the case when I would lower the ram. I just tried a few without the expander ball(which is all one piece with the decapper) and it seems to be working fine. Now it just have an extra step remove the primer with the expander/decapper...
yes sir. Even if its the second bullet in the magazine the pressure from the top cartridge coming out of the magazine and going up into the chamber. That often happens to the following round. I would imagine firing a cartridge like that to be not the safest?

I also went to spec according to instructions with my Lee reloading kit on placement of the sizing die in the press. I have had no problems with the other hornady bullets that i have been loading as they remain firmly in the case when loaded to fit into the magazine.
