I use a speer 70 grain in my Ruger 77 I think it is a 1 in 12 twist don't quote me on that but they kill very well .Even on game bigger than yote's ,I push them hard with a stiff load of R/L 17 ..

I don't think you have anything to worry about with the B T 130 grain 270 bullet ,I have seen way to many killed with that set up from about every angle a deer can be killed in .Simple put that bullet and rifle combo Just works .....

You might try bass pro lot of times I can find them there..

I use the 145 grain G S in my 7mm rem mag work real good on deer .Hard hitting bullets that don't blow all to hell, I usually get pass through with lung and soft tissue shots .

I'm not 100% sold on the ELD-X bullet the accuracy is there but not sold on the on game performance yet ....

I always liked Nosler 100 gr. pt. and 85 gr. pt. them are killing machines !!!!
