Just FYI-
When working "up" subsonic loads, you actually need to work DOWN as far as powder amount goes. You nor your firearm is happy with a bullet stuck in the bore
Most have found the 220g NBT RN will not stabilize at sub-sonic speed with a twist slower than 1:8.5. However, the 190g SubX usually does. I've done work with 30-06 1:10 twist with 220g Partitions and Hornady 220g Interlock RN. Both are non-boat-tail. 14.2g of TB works well with the heavy...
The thing about the 150g E-Tip is that it gives you the speed of a moderately loaded 150g and the penetration of near a 180g cup & core. Therefore, it punches well above its weight and as Bob Nosler said in the book BORN BALLISTIC by Gary Lewis, for big game with the E-Tip "shoot for bone."
The 30 cal 110g E-Tip is near identical length and shape as the 125g BT. Just saying.

Good read:
"Born Ballistic is the next saga in the epic tale of one of the American West's great industrial and hunting families. Struggling to hold fast to the dream sketched on a napkin and forged on the factory floor, Bob Nosler's vision helped transform an industry. You know Bob Nosler by...
The 60g NBT is a varmint bullet. At medium to high speeds, it will expand explosively. I hope you are not going/looking for pelts. All other factors you mentioned can be easily accomplished. 223 Rem can get hits above 500 yards if you and the rifle are good enough.

After replacing the barrel for the third time, I too am shooting milder loads through my Ruger #1 (26 in bbl) in 7mm Rem mag. I’ve found H1000 and Ramshot Magnum to give a very good fill % and kept forecasted pressures near 55K psi with the 160g NAB. Here is some QL for you to think about...
