Zoli 1900 bolt actions are the same action as the Husqvarna/Carl Gustaf/FFV 1900 sporting rifle - definately a push feed. (I have a Carl Gustaf 1900 in .270 Win - the smoothest pure (all steel) action I have ever used, a lovely thing).
I think it is a good combo and would be keeping both. Usage is different enough to 'justify' - even though just wanted them is enough.
I have the same stainless/synthetic 7 Mag and there is no way I would be getting rid of it - a great all round/all weather hunting rifle.
Shooting groups like that would pretty much indicate your scope is just fine mate. Change out the inserts in the rings (that is why the system was designed), sight her in and go hunting.
Brownells market pillars specifically for the Ruger M77 with a 'V' cutout at one end of the angled pillar to match the action recoil lug.
I have pillar bedded (action bedded also) my walnut stocked M77 in .260 Rem and floated the barrel - it has made a marked improvement in accuracy.

I have two loads for my .300WSM Classic F/Weight. Loading 165gr NBT and 180gr Woodleigh Protected Point, both over AR2209 (H4350), excellent accuracy and terrific performance on game.
Yes, the Shots (50 & 55gr) bullets are made for export to Australia. They are very popular here, being a lot more economical than the ballistic tips. Used by pro Roo shooters as stated but a lot more of them are sold to non-pro shooters. They are a good bullet and very accurate, I use the...
My walk around varmut rifles are an Anschutz 1715 DHB in .17HMR, an old Brno ZKW465 in .22 Hornet an old Sako L46 fullwood stock in .222Rem and a custom Winchester 70 in .22/250 Ackley with standard 1:14 twist.
My lie down and snipe at them guns are a custom Rem700 in .22/250 with a fast 1:8...
Have just bought a Nikon Buckmaster 3-9x40 with the BDC. It will be going on my .260 Rem. Hopefully I will have it sorted soon and can give a rundown on how I find it.
Many of the Hodgdon powders are actually ADI (Australian) produced powders, rebadged and repackaged by Hodgdon. They definately should not be confused with the IMR powders.
I like the 170gr FP bullets in the .30/30 and have found that the lighter bullets actually give a slight reduction in effective range - the energy levels seem to drop off much quicker than the heavy bullets. My powder of choice is AR2208, sold in the US as Hodgdon Varget - it works a treat in...
Damn, I hadn't realised the CT Failsafe had gone out of production, I was aware of the Partition Gold not being available as I used to use it in my 7 Mag before the supply dried up.
If I nail down a good shooting load with the Failsafe I will definately need to cruise the gunshops and buy as...
Have owned several Rugers over the years. All have been good, sturdy, no nonsense hunting rifles and I don't have a complaint about any of them. The triggers come up really nice with minimal 'smithing work, the 3 position safety is great and the scope mounting system is probably the best of...
I owned a Savage VSS in .22/250 for a while, the one with the Choate stock and Sharpshooter trigger as standard equipment. It was an extremely accurate rifle but I had real trouble coming to terms with the stock. The design, even though it was somewhat adjustable, just didn't suit me and I...
Another vote for the .22/250 AI - if you are a reloader. Performance to match the Swift, far better case life due to the sharp shoulder there is less trimming involved as well. IMO the .22/250 is one of the cartridges that has most benefited from the Ackley treatment.
A pic of my .22/250AI...
Recently had the same choice to make - a .338 Mag for large game. I went with the .338/378 Wby in the MkV Synthetic stocked version.
Had to opportunity to shoot one and compare with a couple of the other .338's that friends own and was really impressed with the difference the Accubrake makes...
Funny - I dropped in to see if there was any info on the next custom job and there was my choice on the top of the list - .375 H&H, but a .375 Wby Mag would be nice as well.
I am very happy with my 1:8 twist .22/250AI which is shooting 80gr SMK's or Nosler 80gr custom comp bullets very accurately at around 3200fps.
It is a sleeved Remington 700 action, converted to single shot, Australian Maddco 1:8 twist 26" heavy (very) barrel - 1.25" diameter at muzzle, three...
