Its not so much the weather temp as the cartridge temp. If I going to shoot the ammo/load I'll be using in the fall/winter when the temps will usually be in the 30s-40s I'll put it in a cooler with a ice pack if the temps are in the 70s or higher. The cooler keeps it at about 40-50 degrees. Bill
