Richracer1 is correct. WLR primers are Winchester Large Rifle. They are NOT magnum primers. I have never had probs with RL19 at cold temperatures in Southern Oregon where I grew up, nor up here in WA. But cold here in WA is only down into 20s or so. Steve 8)
