The prior post may be correct in the expander ball opening up the neck.
Take a couple of the sized cases (the ones the bullet falls thru) and run them back thru the die, without the decapper/expander rod in place. How is the neck now? You may have to get smaller expander ball for this thick...

My .243 Winchester likes 45.0 grains H4831 with bullets 85-100 gr. My jug is the old long cut and gets trickled by weight.

Richracer1 is correct. WLR primers are Winchester Large Rifle. They are NOT magnum primers. I have never had probs with RL19 at cold temperatures in Southern Oregon where I grew up, nor up here in WA. But cold here in WA is only down into 20s or so.

Picked up a model 70. Have Partitions and BTs in all 6mm weights. Loading up for deer. Will try 100 gr partitions and 95 BTs for accuracy. Have most powders. Looking for accuracy and about 3000 fps. Any luck?
