All the above listed bullets will all stabilize with a 1-10 twist. I would select a weight that fits my application and than work up a load. If I couldn't get acceptable accuracy, I would than start with my second choice of bullet weight and work up a load.
Deer, Hog and maybe Bear. Shots will more than likely be 150yds and under.
Since the .300 WSM and other mags do their best with 26" barrels and this one comes with a 22" barrel, I subtract 80fps from any load listed so I'll kinda know what the actual velocity is with this length of a barrel. So far the fastest Ive found with a 150gr load in the nosler #5 is 3221fps. Ive also got a "true muzzle velocity" calculator that helps alot too. The fastest 165gr Ive come to is 3101fps.
I found these by taking the book velocity (w/ 26" barrel) 3174fps, then subtracting 80fps (20fps per inch, 4" difference between barrels), that comes to 3094fps, then I take that velocity and type it in with the chrono screen spacing, distance to chrono, and the ballistic coefficient to get a final velocity of 3101fps.
