Cases have been fired/loaded six times by me,got them previously loaded and pulled the loads. Last couple of range trips I've noticed stiff bolt closing on numerous rounds which were checked after sizing and were fine. After the last session, I tried inserting a bullet into the fired case and five of nine would not go. I have the ability to turn the necks but is this a annealing issue or what?

If your necks are cracking, I would anneal. Honestly, I would anneal no matter what to get them all to the same neck tension. Size, trim and reload.

Sounds like the brass is flowing forward thickening the neck walls.
You will need to turn the necks.

Mark the front end of the case with a black sharpy and see where it is rubbing. Might tell you what is going one.
