Just checking. What dia should the new CZ527 22 Hornet I just bought be?
And what twist rate is it? I can't check their or most website do to the filters for access here at work.
I think I have a bad batch of LiL Gun but not sure. I started with 11.0 grs of Lil Gun and a 40gr (sorry) biltzkings. That was all my local store had that day, and increased the charge to 12.5grs in .2gr steps. Well the 11.0gr load did 3090fps right out the gate. I have shot super X 46gr ammo (2630fps) and booth the HMS calhoon 37gr and 42gr ammo and its in the 2700's. All these are .224 dia bullets as I understand.
Sence this is a new rifle would'nt it be the new 224 standard as all new 22 center fires are and I would be useing .224 bullets as made by all manufacturers and not the few .223 hornet bullets?
