243 Win QL request

Would anyone be kind enough to run a QL for me based on the following data set:

87 VMax, 2.720 OAL

Thanks Dr Mike!

My current load is chroning 3200 but my charge weight is nearly a grain over the QL max. Assuming I have a slower lot of IMR4831 but about to crack into a new 8 lber so better back off and start 3-4 grains lower!

Thanks again for the help. Also, would be interested in any of your thoughts on velocity vs QL forecast; specifically if your velocity is lower than forecast but you re pushing the max of the forecast in powder charge... can one assume a slower lot of powder and thus still safe? (Bolt lift fine, no extractor marks on brass, primers not flattened and primer pockets still tight. )
