Hunter is an excellent powder for the good old .30-06 cartridge!

The cool thing is I didn't have to measure the charges. It was dropping exactly 57.0 from my RCBS powder measure. Easily the best metering powder I have ever used. I have decided to take this gun opening day. I am going to try this same load in another one of my 06s as soon as I get some glass mounted on it. reflex264

We have difficulty getting Hunter into Canada. Ramshot didn't list it on approved powders for the past two years. However, what little I've had gives me great performance in the cartridges for which it is developed.

Plus, I notice Ramshot powders are a few less bucks per pound which doesn't hurt much. Scotty
