300 Rem Ultra Mag Brass

Question from the new guy. Does anyone know when Nosler will have 300 RUM brass available? I've been waiting for some brass to load with because i'm reduced to shooting inferior factory loads.

I currently have about 30 good pieces of factory brass that i can load with, however, I would much rather have Nosler. It is a bit harder and thicker and tends to hold up better in the ultra mag.

Thanks for the welcome. I did try the Nosler custom shop. I placed my order and I received a phone call the next day advising that they were out of the brass. Needless to say, I was in the same boat again.

Cabelas had 300RUM brass on backorder as of Sunday. Still waiting on 100 cases myself.

Thanks for the attempts fellas. I tried Nosler, Midway, Sinclair, Cabelas, Bass pro, and several other web searches and distributors. Still no luck. What is the deal?

I know that the 300 has been around a few years and has waned in popularity due to the newer short mags, but dang. It's like pulling teeth to get good brass.

I had this problem finding brass for a 6mm rem a while back also. I started reloading for accuracy a few years ago, But now i'm thinking about building my own brass....................... I think i could make a killing if I could supply the unpopular and odd sizes. What do you think? Do i have any money backers??? I'll take cash... hahaha

Ive been waiting for nosler to get .300 brass since first of December. They told us yesterday best scenario would be mid May. Six months or more. I dont get it!

Saturday, 3-1 I broke down and ordered a box of loaded .300 just to have 20 more pieces of brass and today Nosler calls to say they are out of this now. Heads should roll!!

OK now I am really PO'd, I forked out $71 to Midway for a box of Nosler Custom .300 ammo just to get the Nosler brass and I open the box and it is Remington brass!! Nosler Custom loaded in RP cases!! Five month long runaround and still no brass. What a joke!!!
