im going to be loading hornady 150 gr. sst in my .308 using varget powder. ive never used them always nosler. can anyone give me the low and max info ?

For a 150 grain SST, start at 36 grains of Varget and use a maximum of 44.9 grains, according to Hornady.

Every rifle is different.I shoot 46.5grs of Varget in my with the 150gr Hornadys. My C.O.L. is 2.795,velocity is 2850fps out of my 26" barreled CZ 550 and I'm getting one inch groups @ 200 yards with this load.

could i use hogdens load data for 150 nosler BT? with varget

Maybe. The bearing surface may be sufficiently different to generate problems. If you are determined to add two grains more powder than what Hornady has demonstrated to be safe, do so with sufficient caution, watching for pressure signs and observing the velocities. Keep in mind that there is no free lunch. Increased charge potentially translates into increased pressure.
