wanting to try this in a Ruger M/77 with a 1 in 14 twist. Anyone shooting this combo? Iwas trying to figure out what powder might help it stablize.

Viht N-140 works great out of mine, but the heaviest I've gone is the 55grainers...Doesn't appear they show a load with the N-140 for the 60's though....

Welcome to the forum.
Just be aware that you may not get great accuracy in your 22-250
using heavy bullets in a 1:14 twist. Why the gun manufactures
continue to produce 1:14 twist instead of 1:12 or 1:10 is beyond me.

I had one Rem 1:14 22-250 that would shoot them just fine and one that wouldn't shoot them. It is a crap shoot with that twist. I now shoot a Savage with the 1:12 twist........

For what it's worth, here is the load I used:

60 gr. Partition-Win Brass, WLR Primer
H-380-36.5gr. (38.5 max)
3400 fps.

Good Hunting,

Bob
