9mm Kimber target 1911

Dad treated himself to a nice, new stainless target model 1911 Kimber! He's 90 now and the buck & roar of the .45 was more than he enjoyed. I have to admit. He's shooting this full size, all steel 1911 better than any handgun I've seen him use. Including .22's. Interesting. Unable to post photos right now. Later I hope. Nice gun!

Kimber sure makes some beautiful firearms. I've had two and still own one. I've been tempted to pick up another in 9mm rather than 45 ACP. Glad to hear that your dad is handling it well and enjoying it.
