I am wanting to get a Bore Guide for cleaning my rifles, i have a Tikka T3 300 WSM, a Browning X-bolt 7mm WSM and a Winchester M70 Sporter 270 WSM and soon to be Sporter 300 WSM.

I don't have one (yet) but I've read good things about the Lucas bore giudes. I need to order one, since my Howa (and, I assume my Vanguard when I get around to mounting a scope) will not allow any of my three current bore guides to enter the back of the action (bolt hole is too small).

I've used Sinclair bore guides for quite a while and their rugged. If they don't have what you need they will make one up for you to the best of my knowledge.

I've used Dewey, Stoney Point and MTM. Each works. Get bore specific guides to ensure a good seal for the chamber.

I would have to say that the Dewey is the best one that I have used to date:)

Blessings,
Dan

I have a couple of the Bore Tech guides. I have found that they don't work on all makes of rifles. I do not have the particular one you show, Fotis; rather, I have the 25-30 Cal and the 8mm to 416 Cal guides. They work with Rugers, but don't come out without removing the tip. Whatever bore guide is used, it is a good idea to place an old cloth to avoid dripping cleaning solvent on the stock. Even the Bore Tech will allow some drips.
