How due these compare for trajectory? A BC. of .160 at 3290fps and a BC. of .202 at 3050fps. The first is a 40gr HP and the second a 45gr Spire point. Two good loads using AA1680 in my 221Rem FB.

Next is Lilgun using tipped bullets for their deeper seating to take up extra room in the case due to the smaller amount (14.6-14.8 grs) of lilgun needed. 15.0grs caused slight crattering of the primers with the 40gr HPV at 1.830" OCL. I Could also try seating them deeper as well, .020" might lower the pressure and give better load dencity too.

The 45gr seems quiter than the same 17.5grs behind the 40gr BK's at 3270fps with less chamber marks on the case. The OCL is the same measured at the tip 1.830". I have about 20 BK's leaft to find tune that load before I get some 40gr BT's. A high BC. and 3290fps would be great for trajectory. I have high hopes for the 45gr sppt for close yote/bob cats load.
A a flat accurate BT load would be a perfect second load.
