I have a used CE chronograph for sale. This is not the current model they offer but still works.
The reason I am selling it because it blew over one day and shortly thereafter I started getting some funky velocity reading. I sent it back to CE to be checked out and, if necessary, repaired. In talking with the customer representative, I realized that I had started shooting under the shade of some trees and this device is not reliable in the shade of trees. The instructions clearly say thusly, but I had forgotten.
I ended up buying a new chronograph with an indoor lighting feature that I can make work in the shade of a tree. This old chronograph was checked out by the technicians at Competition Electronics and found to be O.K.
The price for the new base model at MidwayUSA is $130. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1022289790?pid=919444
I am asking $65 for this one plus $12 shipping.
