Mar 25, 2005 #2 N NOSLER Handloader Sep 23, 2004 557 4 The AccuBond CT is made here in Bend, OR and then shipped to Winchester for coating and put into their Supreme Ammo in the AccuBond CT line. It is not offered in the reloading catagory.
