I just need to give Leupold customer service a big thumbs up. Back in October I got the old "Rem 700 Bob" out of the cabinet having not fired the rifle in a good many years. I could not rotate the power selector on the Vari-X IIc 3-9. Sent it off to Leupold on Oct 12th. Got it back today, they replaced all the good stuff inside. As I robbed a like scope off my 7mm Mag. the repaired scope is now on the mag ready to go to the range.
 
So far, I've only sent one back to them for repair and it was fixed in a timely matter. Dan.
