The headline reads, "Navy SEALs Face Assault Charges for Capturing Most-Wanted Terrorist." The article (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,576646,00.html) details that a complaint by a captured terrorist--to Iraqi authorities--has resulted in charges against the seals. The alleged charge is that one hit the terrorist and split his lip. Is this a war we are fighting? Or is this a police action? I am aghast that such a charge could even be brought in this instance.
